Shared mobility is booming. Even so, major cities are banning unsafe systems and liability insurance consumes approximately 30% of operators’ revenue. In 2024 alone, Lime paid roughly $243 million of their $810 million gross bookings for liability risk.

Micro-mobility injuries are on the rise with costs, lawsuits, and bans to follow. With GAPI, we aim to advocate for the customer and communicate risk via LLM-controlled sounds effects and verbalization.
